PhD Program 'Biomedical Ethics and Law' Law Track

Curriculum

The Curriculum is divided into:

  • Compulsory modules totalling 12 ECTS Credits
  • Modules from the pool "Ethics" totalling 6 ECTS Credits
  • Modules from the pool "Law and Medicine" totalling 6 ECTS Credits
  • Elective Modules
  • Attendance at one Doctoral Colloquium is compulsory.

The PhD student needs to submit a proposal concerning the chosen modules to the doctorate conferral committee at the beginning of the Law Track. This proposal will be discussed and written down in the doctoral agreement.
